Pickups may be a dying breed in the UK, but the new Ford Ranger has just gone on sale, despite the brand turning its focus away from smaller models such as the much-loved Fiesta supermini. The maker clearly has a lot of faith in its pickup, and this time around the Ranger looks to offer not only the practicality and load-hauling capabilities of a truck, but also some of the mod-cons and premium touches of a family SUV.
