Aluminum has always been a metal that was not thought
possible to be magnetized. Not until just
recently, was a breakthrough made showing
it is possible. I have to imagine, it won't be
long until there are many uses
for it. Personally, given the option between steel
or aluminum, I'd select the aluminum
over steel for the weight and ease of machining.
Looking forward, magnetic aluminum will
serve a purpose in one way or another.
