This is a Comparison between the real flight controls of an Airbus A321 and the Thrustmaster TCA officer Pack Airbus Edition flight controls (sidestick and Thrust Quadrant) for Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane.

Take off from Mexico City International Airport (MEX / MMMX) and landing at Jose Martí Airport in Havana, Cuba. (UHA / MUHA)

I was the Pilot in Command of both flights. For the flight in the simulator I did my best to recreate the exact weight and balance, speeds, time of the day and weather I had on the real flight. I used the Aerosoft A321 for FSX Steam edition.
Thrustmaster Airbus sidestick is almost identical to the real A320 sidestick!
the only difference is that Thrustmaster sidestick is slightly higher, making autopilot disconnect pushbutton a little bit harder to reach than real life. And of course, no Z axis exist in real life sidestick, Push To Talk trigger is identical.
Thrustmaster TCA quadrant is at least 1/3 smaller that real life thrust levers. Total displacement available from the levers is half or maybe less than real thrust control. However, it's not necessarily a bad thing, is only different than real life.

For the sidestick if you want to have the most similar sensitivity to real life Airbus you will have to adjust flight simulator sensitivity almost to the higher value.
For the thrust levers, even in real life, sensitivity varies a lot between aircraft, so no specific value recommended here.
It's impossible to have a perfectly real-like experience on a simulator, in the end, use whatever settings pleases you and have fun!
