Addressing a rally in Warangal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that I am angered on the Congress philospher hurling abuses on the people of India. He said that Congress divides people on the basis of their 'colour of skin'. He added that he has abused the people of South India calling them dark-skinned and of 'African origin'.
