Torque Specs:
Cam Retainer Plate - If flat head allen bolt 11 ft lbs. If flange bolt 18 ft lbs
Cam Sprocket - 26 ft lbs
Oil Pump - 106 in lbs = 9 ft lbs
Oil Pickup Tube - 106 in lbs = 9 ft lbs
Front Cover - 18 ft lbs
Crank Bolt Sequence - Install old bolt and torque to 250 ft lbs. Install new bolt and torque to 37 ft lbs + 140 degree turn
Cylinder Heads ARP Bolt - 3 Passes on bolts 1 - 10 following torque pattern in link with a final pass on bolts 11 - 15 - https://help.summitracing.com/knowled...
Pass 1 - 25 ft lbs
Pass 2 - 50 ft lbs
Pass 3 - 80 ft lbs
Pass 4 (Bolts 11 - 15) - 25ft
Rear Cover - 18 ft lbs
Flywheel 3 Passes in Star Pattern
Pass 1 - 15 ft lbs
Pass 2 - 37 ft lbs
Pass 3 - 74 ft lbs
Oil Pan - 1/4 bead of RTV at each corner where the covers meet the block
Bolts going into block and front cover - 18 ft lbs
Bolts going into rear cover - 106 in lbs
Bell Housing - 37 ft lbs
Valley Cover - 18ft lbs
Holley Hi-Ram Intake - 2 passes working from the inside out
Pass 1 - 50 in lbs
Pass 2 - 106 in lbs
Holley Water Pump - 18 ft lbs
Valve Covers - 106 in lbs
Motor Mount Bolts - 70 ft lbs
