Warning

We are camping just outside the west entrance of Yellowstone. If you've watched our channel much, you know we love our national parks. Just in the last couple of days, I've taken lots of photos of the warning signs that the national park service provides.

After doing a bit of research, I've learned that in our national parks each year, hundreds of people die, and countless more are injured. Many of those deaths are because people did not heed those warning signs. The warning signs are there; they are plainly marked, yet people choose to ignore them.

Yesterday we saw people sticking their hands into boiling water at a rather remote geyser, ignoring the warning signs. We have had people reach out to us and ask, "Why would a loving God send people to hell?" The truth is He doesn't. His will is that none should perish, but all should come to salvation. But you see, He's given us warning signs. He's told us that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, that the wages of sin is death, eternal separation from Him. The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. God doesn't want us to perish. God doesn't want anyone to go to hell. If they choose to ignore the warning signs, He allows them to make the decision.
