Virtual Walks in Nature can reduce stress and anxiety. I hope this one works for you. Filming it made for a wonderful relaxing Sunday morning for me. The weather was cool and brilliant with colors. The wind died down right as i started. I just wish I had a polorizer for my phone to make the colors really pop. Meyers River View trail is just across the river from town and a great way to get a quick nature fix. Keep on Steppin' -H
