This poor guy had bed bugs all over his bed anf he just lays in his bed all day, he doesn't even complain. I service this location on a monthly basis, each time I would knock on his door and ask him if he needed to get sprayed he always replied that he didn't have any bugs finally after about 6 months I told him that he should get sprayed at least once a year, he agreed to let me in. I was able to get rid of them. Thank goodness
