Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, Osama Hamdan, a Hamas leader based in Lebanon, lauded continued fighting against Israeli forces in Gaza and said schisms within the Israeli government demonstrate weakness. He criticized Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu as "delusional" and denounced Israeli political divisions. Hamdan accused Washington of supporting Israeli military actions and condemned Israeli efforts to establish a buffer zone in Gaza as "blatant aggression." He asserted that Hamas is making strides toward victory while Israeli losses are downplayed.
