Inspecting a roof leak around a flat section and a leaking chimney. Inspecting the chimney down to the basement to see if it is not being used and could potentially be removed to just below the roof line. Once down there I noticed what looked to be asbestos on the ductwork. If you think you might have a asbestos but are unsure, there are Labs you can send it to for testing.
