Healthy Baked Oats chocolate Brownie Recipe without Flour & Sugar
Viral Baked Oats Recipe
Enjoy a healthy and nutritious brownie with rolled oats, banana, eggs and chocalate. They’re super easy to make and are prepared in the blender in just a few minutes!

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup milk full fat, low-fat, almond, or milk of your choice
1 banana
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 teaspoon cacao powder
Chocolate chips (dark or semi sweet) - optional
(skip the egg and use plant-based milk for the vegan version)


Combine all the ingredients besides chokolate in the blender and blend for 1 minute.
Pour batter into 2-3 small ramekins. Top with chocolate.
Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes.
