Are our actions predestined? Swami Mukundananda explains that we are the doers of our actions ourselves. If God was our director, we would never make mistakes. If the driver of a car is sane, the car will go properly. If God is our driver, then our actions should be perfect. We also say, "To err is human". If God is the doer, then the Karmic reactions of those actions should be borne by God. Why should we bear the Karma. If this philosophy was true that God is the doer, then nobody can ever punish anyone. With several more such amazing analogies, Swami ji clearly articulates the point that we are the doers, not God. We are responsible for our actions. If we make a mistake, we must correct it.
