Beef Wellington is one of the most impressive dishes you can make for people but it’s also one of the most personal. You can adjust it anyway you want and I’m happy to present the fully gluten-free version for all the celiac’s out there who need it. This video is dedicated to two deceased friends of mine who we lost far too early; And the reason is that they both loved each component of this dish. Dan was a huge chocolate cake person, and David loved wellingtons in particular the two that I made for him nearly 21 years ago.
