- These secure NFC tags do not hold a static identifier like most NFC tags. The tags have inbuilt technology to generate a fresh random identifier code dynamically every single time the tag is tapped with an NFC enabled device / smartphone.

- The tags are registered within the Qliktag Platform against each serial item that rolls out of the manufacturing process. Tag IDs purchased but not registered to the system will fail authentication.

- The Qliktag Platform has out of the box support for NXP NTAG 424 DNA Secure Tags as well as HID Global Trusted NFC Tags. When tapped with any NFC enabled smartphone, the IDs are generated by the tag and then authenticated through a built in API service within the Qliktag Platform in case of the NTAG 424 DNA Secure tags and an external authentication service through a login provided by HID Global for the HID Global Trusted NFC Tags. All IDs are encrypted for security.

- This makes it impossible for counterfeiters to either replicate the tag itself or replicate the contents of the tag making this technology the most robust authentication and anti-counterfeiting solution.
