Well done on completing the 10000 step challenge. Even if you didn't get to 10000 steps daily, becoming more aware of your step count forces you to be more active.

Choose any activity to do everyday consecutively for 30 days. You can even choose an activity such as a dietary change (eg. avoiding alcohol or sugar), that will help the body be a better physical version of you. Let me know what activity you are choosing.
