In today’s video I am going to share healthy recipe for laddo and Panjiri for summers which is rich in iron and calcium and also a good brain and nerve tonic . A super healthy food for all .
Ingredients:
Wheat flour: 200 gm
Roasted black gram flour ( sattu ) : 200 gm
Edible gum ( acacia/ Gond ) : 20 gm
Four melon seeds : around 50-60 gm
Black pepper: 5-6 pieces
Foxnuts ( makhana ): 20 gm
Clearified butter ( desi ghee) : 200 ml to 400 ml as per need
