Getting some nice numbers on existing home sales never hurt anyone, but we are all expecting a crash so what happened right? Well, we aren't going to crash most likely and there are many reasons why, but I explain a few of them in this video along with a real time look at mortgage rates and what the future may hold. The market was very quiet today. I don't like days like that as it usually implies volatility around the corner. It could be in the good direction of course, but lately its been more bad than good.
