- Scott Kennedy (keynote), Trustee Chair in Chinese Business and Economics at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
- Craig Allen, President of the U.S.-China Business Council.
- Vicki Wei Tang, Associate Professor at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
- Helen Toner, director of strategy at Georgetown University's Center for Security and Emerging Technology.
- Evan Medeiros (moderator), the Penner Family Chair in Asian Studies at the School of Foreign Service and senior fellow with the Initiative for U.S.-China Dialogue on Global Issues at Georgetown University.
