INGREDIENTS

My crusty burger buns:   • Keto vegan crusty bread | Keto vegan ...  

Patties:
1-2 Portobello mushrooms (or a thick cut of tofu, or tempeh)

Teriyaki sauce mix:
1 part soy sauce
2 parts rice wine ( or any dry wine/liquor)
2 parts water
A small amount of sweetener of your choice
A couple of pinches of xanthan gum


DIRECTIONS

Fry Portobello mushrooms with oil in a frying pan till thoroughly cooked through on both sides. Pour in the Teriyaki sauce mix and reduce the liquid till it’s thickened.

That’s it!



CRUNCHY COLESLAW:
White cabbage
Carrots
Onion
Vegan mayo
Vinegar
Salt to taste

Slice/grate all veggies in thin strips and add in mayo, vinegar and salt. Mix all ingredients well.
