The lovely beach community of working class people turned blocky mess of Yuppie transplants- was not the start nor the end to the troubles of Southie. Having faced discrimination as well as perpetuated it unto others, the closed off mind-set of Southie nurtured the perfect breeding ground for one of America's most notorious Gangsters. The community had a loving core, so in spite of this, many phenomenal individuals came out of Southie...today we will speak to three of them, narrated by a former Mail Man.
