[Ingredients]
- 350g of soft tofu
- 15g of green onion
- 1 egg

[How to Make Soft Tofu Egg Soup]
1. Remove the excess water from the tofu and finely chop the green onion.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine to the egg and mix well.
3. In 200ml of water, add kelp and cheongyang pepper, boil for 5 minutes, then strain. Add 0.5 teaspoons of salt and 10ml of tuna fish sauce.
4. Add the tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces, to the boiling water, then pour in the beaten egg.
5. Once the egg is cooked, sprinkle some green onion and pepper.
6. Soft tofu egg soup is ready to enjoy~

[Ingredients]
- 300g of tofu
- 156g of oyster mushrooms
- Green onions
- Red pepper
- Minced garlic
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Buldak sauce

[Instructions]
1. Cut the tofu into the desired size after wiping off any moisture.
2. Finely chop the green onions and remove the seeds from the red pepper, then cut it into half.
3. Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Place the tofu on the pan and cook it until both sides are golden brown.
4. Once the tofu is golden brown, push it to one side of the pan. Add half a tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, oyster mushrooms, and 2-3 pinches of salt. Stir-fry until the mushrooms are slightly cooked.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of buldak sauce. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes to allow the seasoning to coat the tofu well.
6. Turn off the heat and sprinkle some pepper.

[Ingredients]
- 100g tofu noodles
- 170g egg cabbage
- 35g green onions
- 9g Cheongyang pepper
- Minced garlic
- 1 spoon of rice wine
- Brewed soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- 2 eggs

[Instructions]

1. Cut the cabbage into long pieces, similar to the tofu noodles, and finely chop the Cheongyang pepper.
2. Cut the green onions into 3-4cm long pieces.
3. Boil the tofu noodles in hot water for 30 seconds.
4. In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, 2 pinches of salt, and 1 spoon of rice wine.
5. Heat half a spoon of cooking oil in a hot pan and pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently to cook.

[How to make soft tofu stir-fry]

1. Cut the green onions into long pieces and finely chop them.
2. Cut the soft tofu in half and drain the water for a while.
3. In a bowl, put 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, and 2 tablespoons of sake, and mix well.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and green onions, and stir-fry.
5. When the green onions become soft, add the soft tofu and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
6. Add a little salt, 1 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of fire chicken, and gently stir.

8-9 frozen shrimp
1.1L of water
2 tablespoons of soy sauce

3 tablespoons of rice wine
1 tablespoon of minced garlic

[How to Make Tofu Seaweed Soup]

1. Soak the sliced seaweed in water for about 10 minutes.
2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a heated pot, add the soaked seaweed, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of tuna fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add 1.1L of water and when it boils, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Add the tofu and thawed shrimp, and boil for another 7 minutes. Season with salt to taste. It's done!
