Adriana L. Cowdin is a 4-time entrepreneur and former C-Suite Executive. Named “One of the Most Influential Women in Business”, Cowdin founded Dekaf Digital a marketing agency where she served as the CEO for 7+ years leading it to 400%+ growth in 2022. This resulted in a successful acquisition in Summer 2023. Under her leadership, Cowdin achieved success as a Top 1% of all woman-owned small businesses exceeding $1 Million in annual revenues.

Upon exiting Dekaf Digital, Cowdin stepped in as Interim CEO of a National Healthcare Organization where she developed a plan to increase revenue from $3M to $10M+ annually while simultaneously balancing the budget and increasing staff size 2x.

In 2024, Cowdin returned to her roots as an executive coach. After completing advanced management and leadership curriculum through Harvard Business School in the late 90’s, she leaned in full force to be an executive coach in her ‘spare’ time. After coaching over 6,000 clients in the last 25 years, she now focuses 100% of her energy on executive coaching leaning into TTI Success Insights Research-Backed Assessments as the foundation of her practice.

Cowdin is no stranger to leading performance-driven teams having served as Chief Marketing Officer for a KKR owned company, Chief Digital Marketing Officer for a privately-held $1B home services firm (acquired by ADT), and Chief Customer Officer and Vice President, Digital Marketing for a $40B, Fortune 100 retailer.

Cowdin is a native of the Chicago, IL suburbs who resides in Indianapolis, IN with her husband, Eric.
