Ingredients:
1 kg raw mango (750g grated, 250g made into
paste without adding water
Fenugreek seeds 3 tbsp
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Split Mustard seeds 3tbsp
Salt 3 tbsp
Onion seeds 1 tbsp
Mustard oil 500 g
Asafoetida powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Red chillie powder 3tbsp
White Vineger 2tbsp
