Hey it finally happened! I'm back at Cassone's RVin Mesa, AZ. Unfortunately, it is to replace a roof on a 2003 Itasca Spirit Class C motorhome. The owner of this RV just purchased it and sadly, did not inspect the roof before buying. I was tasked to inspect the new sale, and found this roof situation immediately and had to break the bad news to the owner. This is the first part of a series. I cannot stress how vital a roof inspection is on any RV purchase made.
