Clare Wadsworth has returned to the Occupational Therapist profession, previously she worked in the NHS as an OT but is returning to the profession with the Adult Social Care Team of Nottinghamshire County Council. Clare talks about her experience returning to trough the NHS England Return to Practice programme. Her line manager, Cate Bennett also talks about how Clare’s experience is benefiting the team and patients
