I finally found the cookie recipe I was looking for! It's the best I've ever made
/ Cookie recipe / biscuits

✅️INGREDIENTS : 1 cup = 250 ml

-150 g of butter (2/3 cup) + 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
-100 g of icing sugar (1 cup)
-1 egg
-1 tsp liquid vanilla
-60 g cornstarch (1/2 cup)
-300 g of flour (add gradually until you obtain a smooth, slightly sticky dough) (3 cups + 1/3 cup)
-a pinch of salt
-1 tbsp flour
-1 tbsp bitter cocoa
-Spread (NUTELLA)


Oven preheated to 175 © for 10 to 12 minutes
