Guerra’s extensive experience as a former agent, the founder and owner of a thriving brokerage, an association executive, and a highly regarded keynote speaker has equipped him to remain on top of emerging issues and trends impacting the future of real estate. He was named the 2020 Chairman of the Miami Association of Realtors, the largest real estate association in the nation, and the 2021 Global Liaison of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
