In the last video I did an XTool D1 review and the project I did was to create an Acrylic Star Wars Clock with it. In this video I detail where I got the files, the costs, where to get the best prices, the sources, what to expect, the scum and villany that is Etsy, and tips on how to pull this off yourself. I also talk about what I wish I did different, and ways to save some money on this project. I also discuss the Record Clocks on Etsy, and why you should never build one...at least not using a laser ;)

In the end, I'm excited for my acrylic star wars themed clock, and I'm looking forward to making an even better one soon. Below I'll put affiliate links to all of the things I used so you can find it if you wish to replicate this project, and just clicking the links helps out my channel.

12" acrylic squares (great for learning on) https://amzn.to/3BV1W53
15" acrylic sheet (this is showing as $19 usd when I found it) https://amzn.to/3UIMr8O

Xtool D1 (lowest price I've found, this is with the rotary) https://amzn.to/3rgVsIJ

If you build one let me know and if you have further tips please share them! I loved building this and want to build bigger ones, so any tips will help us all out. :)
