Happy New Year!!! Today I'm back at Premium Coach Group in Gilbert, AZ iinspecting a 2005 Monaco Diplomat. I wanted to share this inspection because 1. It is a metal roof and 2. It has a fairly common problem I see on Monaco RVs of this era. I will include a walk-thru at the end too.
