This course is based in the SOLAS restaurant and has 2 elements
#1 Covers the History of Food from hunter gathers to modern food industry and food ordering Apps
#2 Is a very hands course where each student gets to make a dish in our kitchen guided by the SOLAS food team
Course ends with a collective lunch in the SOLAS food court.
