Dan Levy aka the star Canadian actor, writer, and producer, is probably best known for co-creating, alongside his father Eugene Levy, the hit television series Schitt's Creek. Dan has done well for himself over the years, snagging some pretty luxurious real estate in Los Angeles California. While he considers himself a Torontonian, it only made sense to make the move considering how busy his career was getting. Dan had made the purchase back in 2019 for 4.1 million dollars, this 1936 Spanish home features over 3,000 square feet and boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that is located on a whopping 14,000 square foot lot. Levy paid a whopping $400,000 above the asking price for his new California sanctuary. We’ll take a look at Dan’s recent purchase, a home that features a 2 story living room and a private backyard that comes complete with an outdoor kitchen and open-air shower.
