So I didn't discuss the caffeine content in the video. This does contain caffeine, but less than coffee. I personally don't consume much caffeine. Yes I drink tea, but the rare times I do order coffee, I get decaf. However, one of the reasons I don't drink caffeine is because it has no effect on me. I don't get energy from caffeine unless I drink a LOT. And I def did feel the caffeine with this after having 2 servings (12 oz total) I was kind of surprised by that! Not saying that in a good OR bad way, I simply just wasn't expecting it to do anything for me caffeine-wise, but it did. And I have seen others saying it makes them feel more focused, as well.
