The largest airstrike package of the Desert Storm Air War heads to Baghdad. Planners have so far only hit the capital with stealth aircraft and cruise missiles, for fear of the ferocious air defenses around the city. Today, "Package Q" will attempt to hit Saddam's Nuclear Research Facility at al-Tuwaitha and other strategic targets in the city.
