Red lentils – 1 cup (200 gr.)
Cauliflower – 2 cups of chopped cauliflower
1 Onion
Leek – 1 stalk
1 Carrot
1 Red Bell Pepper
Garlic – 1 clove
2 Tomatoes
Ginger – 1 tsp.
Сhili Pepper– 1 tbsp. (chopped pepper)
Parsley stems – 1 bunch
Curry – 2 tsp.
Paprika – 1 tsp.
Water (as much as needed tocover the vegetables)
Salt – 1.5 tsp. or to taste
*Lemon and yogurt – for serving (optional)

🍞 For the toasts:
Bread – 3 slices
Cheese – 100 gr. (1/2 cup) or to taste
Garlic powder – 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper - to taste
Olive oil – 3 or 4 tbsp.
