This franchise has given us a bunch of amazing villains over the years, but will He Who Remains and all his variants top them all? It certainly seems likely! From the moment Jonathan Majors sauntered out of that elevator, dressed in lavish purple robes and munching on an apple, this will change things forever! The one that sat at the End of Eternity in a castle guarded by Alioth turned out to be controlling and manipulating everything just so our anti-heroes would get to him and be forced to make the ultimate choice. They could either get what they always wanted in terms of leading by taking over the TVA and creating the sacred timeline, or they could get their revenge against an entity that forced them to lose all the time. Tough call!

But overall, what exactly was this variant’s plan, and how did The God of Mischief and Sylvie fit into it? Well, that’s what we’re here today to discuss!
