Trike Hobo steve is experimenting with a significant change in his pedaling shoes and pedals. In this talk, he describes the reason behind this change after having ridden with clipless SPD shoes and pedals since 2010. For anyone experiencing foot health issues, this may shed some important new information on how to avoid problems.
