Watching the UK news from afar it seems that the two biggest stories in the UK this week have been #princewilliam visiting Kate in hospital and the ever more desperate attempts of #rishisunak to get re-elected by continuing with his #rwanda policy for dealing with the #smallboats which continue to cross the Channel. In an ever desperate attempt to woo voters Sunak seems prepared to offer tax cuts at a time when all public services are clearly suffering from shortages of cash and to continue to do everything possible to make it even more difficult for anyone to come and work in the UK thereby making it even more likely that there will be further labour shortages in the future.
