Jess "The Oceanic Librarian" Jordan is excited to show you how to make pasta in your very own home! The joys of home cooked pasta are a treat for everyone, young and old. Jess will show you techniques for making three different flavors of pasta dough, and three different shapes, from machine-cut fettuccine to handmade orecchiette to a filled pasta chosen by the audience!

As a special treat, Jess will be joined by MITAC Staff member Anthony "snapfarr" Farrell who'll show you how to earn take-home gifts of fresh pasta just by helping the cook in the kitchen!
