Two cold fronts will impact the northern half of the U.S. today. One will be creeping south across the northern Plains, Upper Mississippi Valley, Midwest, Ohio Valley and Northeast. The second will advance through the Great Basin, northern and central Rockies and Front Range. The result will be widespread showers and thunderstorms across these regions, with the best chance occurring in the afternoon and evening. Temperatures will be fairly mild across the Upper Mississippi Valley, Great Lakes, Appalachian Spine and Northeast, with temperatures in the 60s and 70s. The rest of the Mississippi Valley, Midwest, Deep South, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast will observe 80s and 90s. Triple digits will be found across the southern Plains and parts of the Lower Mississippi Valley. https://www.facebook.com/reel/2584836...
