Michelle and Shane Gramlich aspire to be examples of persistence that their children can look to for guidance. Fortunately, they had their own inspiration working alongside them: Shane’s father, Jeff. Watch as multigenerational graduates celebrate at the Purdue Global Winter 2023 Commencement.

All three members of the Gramlich family earned MBAs from Purdue Global, graduating with 4.0 GPAs and plans to pursue doctoral degrees in the future.

“We want to do a lot of good in the world,” Michelle says. “Go after your goals. Go after your dreams.”

The family gathered in Anaheim, California, for a weekend of commencement festivities that included receptions and dinners to honor the graduates’ achievements.
