Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Makes enough for about 2 lbs of chicken
Zest of 4 Lemons
1 1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2-1 tsp cayenne pepper

Marinade
juice of 4 lemons (1/2 a cup?)
1/4 cup half n half or yogurt
1/4 cup oil
3 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 egg

Breading
1 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1-2 tbsp fresh rosemary - minced
2 cups plain panko bread crumbs
