We have been waiting a couple of months for this and today was a great day for Day Traders and Scalpers.

When I woke up this morning I was alerted to the prospect of falling markets by my broker. Reading their daily newsletter they pointed out that overnight trading in Asia had been deeply negative, thus continuing the trend from the US and European markets of the previous week.

I expected big initial falls in the Indices and given that the DAX is my favourite European market I was ready to trade when it opened. It didn't disappoint me and I traded short all morning.

I'll take you through the price action and describe two of the trades that I took. I had a great morning and I hope that you capitalised on this price action with your own scalping and took plenty of wins in the morning session.
