Area of Interest (AOI) Guidelines for European Space Imaging

All polygons must be:
• Closed

and must contain:
• Minimum of 4 vertices
• Maximum of 1,000 vertices or 999 lines (QB, WV-1, WV-2, GE-1)
• Maximum of 500 vertices for IKONOS

Width between sides / minimum corridor width:
• 2 km for Standard Level Products -- Mono Archive
• 5 km for Standard Level Products -- Tasking (Mono / Stereo) & Stereo Archive
• 10 km for Orthorectified Products (Archive / Tasking)

Shapes to avoid:
• Triangles
• Crescents
• Narrow corridors
• Donuts
