Well this concept was born out of my love for Cocktails, so after the white RUM fiasco, and distilling a RUM to a higher ABV to make a light RUM the first thing that POP into my head will these flavors pair well with a GIN.

Well the answer was 100% yes it turned out awesome.

So making this GIN RUM at home was super easy and made a great product.

We tried it in a modified MOJITO and it paired with it like a glove.

To start with we made a simple RUM recipe:

5l of Molasses 1.32 Gallons
5kg of Sugar 11LBS
20g of DAP
20g of Nutrient
40g of yeast

40g of Juniper
20g of Coriander
10g Fennel
1 Star Anise pod
3 Cardamon pods
