It's been my dream to grow my own garlic for many years, and today that dream came true! It was so fun to harvest my homegrown garlic. Half of growing garlic is knowing when and how to harvest and cure it. You want to harvest your garlic when it has three dead leaves and then curing your garlic for 14 days. Curing your garlic will allow it to be pantry stable.
