Hi friends and family!
This was my first time doing this recipe and tweaking it to include only ingredients I had on hand. I am glad to say it worked out well! This is my healthy almond chocolate chip cookies recipe. It is gluten free!

If you're looking for a healthier alternative to cookies, this might be it! Substitute with almond flour and agave instead!
Below are the ingredients I used:
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick of melted, unsalted butter
¼ cup of coconut oil (or butter, or oil)
¼ cup of agave (or sweetener of your choice, adjust accordingly)
2 eggs
Pinch of salt,
1 tablespoon of Baking soda (this helps make the almond cookies fluffy and have bounce, also healthy for you)
2 cups of almond flour
