The Dodge Durango is a reliable V8 engine but it still has issues that are well known to some.

This Dodge Durango has the 4.7L V8 Magnum engine but there are other engines like the 5.2L V8 and the 5.9L V8.

This has been the best first SUV I have ever own and I haven't experienced any major engine failures of issues.
