Sales are only available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:30 to 14:00 (closed once sold out).
On Mondays and Thursdays, bread is made for wholesale.
The specialty is campagne and baguettes made with natural yeast.
We also have white bread, croissants, and breads made with seasonal ingredients.
