ACHIEVE PEAK PERFORMANCE FOR HIGH-VOLUME SKU STORAGE

The PEAK Shuttle system is an innovative high-density storage solution for palletized, high-volume SKUs. At the heart of PEAK is the semi-automated, battery-powered shuttle that moves swiftly and securely along rails within the storage racking to place and extract pallets. Shuttles are operated via a WiFi-enabled tablet, directing seamless execution. The pallet shuttle deposits its cargo into the first available location within the channel, thereby maximizing pallet density.

A significant benefit to the PEAK Shuttle is the ability to organize SKUs by logistics channels, simplifying fulfillment for multi-channel SKUs. It offers scalable storage solutions adaptable to evolving business needs, providing continuous, deep-lane storage and rapid pallet retrieval.

PEAK Advantages:

Maximize Space – Gain up to 70% more pallet positions vs. standard rack
Increase Throughput – Faster loading & unloading
Enhance Multi-Channel Fulfillment - Designate multiple lanes per SKU
Reduce Labor Costs – Fewer forklifts & less travel time – no driving into pallet rack
Support FIFO or LIFO Inventory Rotation
Separate load & pick aisles – FIFO rotation
Load & pick from a single aisle – LIFO rotation
Minimize Maintenance – Smart automation decreases incidents & damage

How It Works:

PEAK Shuttle pallet storage systems reduce the forklift operators, equipment, and travel time required to interface with traditional high-density storage solutions. The semi-automated pallet shuttles are operated via remote control, with up to 4 shuttles managed by a single remote.

Pallet Storage Process

Step 1 – Forklift places the PEAK Shuttle into the designated channel.
Step 2 – Forklift places pallets one by one into the channel - pallets rest on the load-bearing rails.
Step 3 – Operator directs the shuttle to begin loading. Shuttle slides beneath pallet, raises it slightly above the rails, and moves pallet to the next available storage position.
Step 4 – Shuttle returns to the load position and repeats the process as needed.
Step 5 - Shuttle is extracted from the front pallet position once the rest of the lane is full.
Step 6 - Shuttle is moved to the next lane to be filled or to retrieve pallets.
