The 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 marks the automaker's full-force leap into the EV space. This electric crossover/hatch is the starting point of the new Ioniq sub-brand, and it's an amazing place to kick things off.
It can charge at speeds up to 350kW, return 300 miles of range in its most efficient form, and rip from 0-60 mph in its most aggressive form. The interior maximizes space wonderfully as the Ioniq 5 rides on Hyundai's new EV-focused E-GMP.
And this is just the beginning as Hyundai will soon roll out the Ioniq 6 sedan and Ioniq 7 SUV.
